LEAD RESPONSE AUTOMATION
Lead response automation that answers in under five minutes
The gap between an enquiry arriving and somebody answering it is where most businesses lose the sale. Not to a competitor with a better offer, to a competitor who replied first.
What the delay actually costs
Harvard Business Review put the average first response to a web enquiry at 42 hours, and found 23 percent of enquiries never got a reply at all. The MIT study that followed found a lead contacted inside five minutes is 21 times more likely to qualify than one contacted after thirty. Neither number is about effort. Both are about the fact that somebody who fills in a form is, at that moment, filling in three other forms too, and the first business to answer is the one still in the conversation an hour later.
What gets built
One system that watches every channel an enquiry can arrive on and answers on the same one, in the same minute, without waking anybody up.
It answers where the question was asked
A web form gets an email, a WhatsApp message gets a WhatsApp reply, a missed call gets a text. Moving somebody to a channel they did not choose is the second most common way a warm enquiry goes cold.
It knows what you charge and when you are free
Your prices, your availability and the things you will not agree to are loaded in before it answers anything. That is what separates a reply from an acknowledgement: it can quote, it can qualify, and it can say no.
It books the meeting itself
The reply ends in a calendar with real slots on it, tied to your calendar, rather than in a promise that somebody will be in touch. A booking taken in the first exchange is a booking that does not need chasing.
It hands over when it should
Anything outside the rules it was given stops and goes to you with the conversation attached. An automation that improvises past its brief is worse than one that stops.
It keeps going after the first message
An enquiry that does not answer gets a follow up sequence with an end to it. Most enquiries that convert do so on a message after the first one, and almost none convert on the seventh.
What it is not
It is not a chatbot bolted to the corner of a website, and it is not an autoresponder saying the message was received. Both of those are visible to the person reading them as a machine buying time, and both cost more trust than the reply is worth. What is built here answers the actual question with your actual numbers, and where it cannot, it says so and gets a person.
