What these cover

These terms apply to this website and to contacting us through it. They do not cover paid work. If we agree to work together, that is a separate written agreement and it takes precedence over anything here.

What a reply is

If you send the form, we read it and write back with what we would run first. That reply is an opinion formed from what you told us and what is visible on your own site. It is not a proposal, it does not commit either of us to anything, and it does not predict revenue or enquiry volume.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any work we do together starts from a separate written agreement.

The figures on this site

Response time figures are published industry research and are attributed where they appear. They are not our own results, and we do not present them as such. Break even figures are arithmetic on our fee against a typical case value in that vertical, and your own numbers will differ.
