Who is responsible

Clynaire is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@clynaire.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: the business name, your name, your email address, the website, the city, and the optional message. We also record that you gave consent, and when.

We also count visits, using Google Analytics. It is configured to store nothing on your device: no analytics cookie is set, and no identifier is kept that would let us recognise you on a second visit. What it records is that a page was opened, which page, and which site or search sent you, with your IP address used to approximate a city and then discarded rather than stored.

There are no advertising cookies on this site, and nothing here needs your consent before it runs, which is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss. If you would rather not be counted at all, any browser setting or extension that blocks Google Analytics will stop it, and nothing on this site breaks when it is blocked.

Why we hold it

To answer the enquiry you sent, and to reply about working together. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Notion, where the request is stored so we can work on it, and Resend, which delivers the internal notification that your request arrived. Both process the data on our instructions. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, and the visit counting described above is done by Google. Nothing you type into the form reaches Google: the two are separate, and the analytics never sees it.

These providers operate in the United States, so if you write to us from the United Kingdom or the European Union your data is transferred there under the standard contractual clauses those providers publish.

How long we keep it

Twenty four months from your last contact with us, then we delete it. If you tell us you are not interested, we delete it sooner and keep only the fact that you asked not to be contacted, so that we do not write to you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@clynaire.com and we will act within thirty days. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you are in the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you are in the European Union, you can complain to your national supervisory authority.
